- This synopsis shall serve as the EOP, Office of Administration?s notice of intent to issue multiple purchase orders for subscriptions for a variety of Congressional Quarterly (CQ) products for use by various EOP components. The period of performance is October 1, 2006, through September 30, 2007. The procurements are considered to be sole source since the news products are proprietary and copyrighted to CQ. A solicitation does not exist and responses to this notice are not anticipated. See Note 22.
