- To all potential offerors: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a requirement for Guard Services for Fiscal Year 2007 through Fiscal Year 2011. Request for Proposal (RFP) FERC06-RFP-60445 serves as the main source of information and documentation required for participation in a competition for the Support Services cited herein. Please note: No paper copies of the RFP will be distributed. The RFP and all supporting documentation are available at http://www.ferc.gov/about/offices/oed/oed-proc/inside-guard-services.asp . The following requirements dates are provided for informational purposes only and can be found in the RFP; FERC06-RFP-60445, and specifically, Section L - Instructions To Offerors. Notification of attendance at the Pre-bidder?s conference is due not later than June 21, 2006, 12:00EDT. Submission of no more than three individuals per company may attend, and must be forwarded to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Kevin Woody, at the PCO?s email address; Kevin.Woody@ferc.gov. (Please disregard the FedBizOpps point of contact template)(Please see Section L-4 for specific instructions.) The Pre-Bidder?s Conference will be held, June 22, 2006, 10:00EDT, FERC Headquarters, Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor. (Please see Section L-4 for specific instructions.) Questions/Clarifications are due June 26, 2006, 3:00PM EDT (Please See Section L-5 for specific instructions.) Proposals are due July 19, 2006, 3:00PM EDT.
