- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS The United States Government seeks to lease Office and Warehouse space consisting of approximately 14,400 rentable square feet; 14,250 square feet of warehouse space and 150 square feet of office space in San Antonio, Texas. The space should yield between 14, 250 and 14,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The warehouse should contain two loading docks at driveway level and two at dock height. The facility must have both a sprinkler and an alarm system. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: South East Loop 410 to the East, I-35 to the North, and the access road between Loop 410 and I-35 to the South and West. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 06-20-07. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
