- U. S. GOVERNMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing office space in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The site must be located within the Central Business District of Huntsville, AL. A site map will be required showing the location of the building. REQUIRED: Approximately 2,225 BOMA Occupiable square feet of office space yielding no more than 2,645 rentable square feet of space. A fully serviced lease is required, as well as the complete tenant build-out. The Government will enter into a succeeding lease arrangement with the present Lessor unless an alternate site is offered and the business arrangement is economically feasible. This would include all expenses associated with relocating the tenant agency to an alternate location. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years, three (3) years firm, beginning August 15, 2006.
