Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires PreK-12 Online Information Databases. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-06-R-0045 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09, Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 20060616. FSC Code: U099, Other Ed & trng svcs, NAICS Code: 511120 Periodical Publishers, Size Standard: 500 employees. DoDEA is a Federal Government Agency, an education activity, and tax exempt. Offerors shall include the completed solicitation, price quotes, representations and certifications, amendments, (if applicable), etc with their solicitation package due by 3:00 p.m., EST, Monday, July 31, 2006. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov/) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is mandatory. Proposals shall include CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax ID number, email address, business size (large/small), and web site address, if applicable. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to james.church@hq.dodea.edu. An amendment will be done to answer questions. Responses to inquiries will not be considered if received later than 04 July 2006.
