Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following item: Lumber, various sizes. All lumber must conform to International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures #15 (ISPM 15). All lumber must be clearly marked in accordance with ISPM 15. Lumber sizes, quantities, and grades are as follows: 1) 1? x 4? x 16 ft. #2 mixed softwood (heat treated) Qty ? 1,176 pieces. 2) 2? x 4? x 16 ft. #2 mixed softwood (heat treated) Qty ? 588 pieces. 3) 2? x 10? x 16 ft. #2 mixed softwood (heat treated) Qty ? 210 pieces. 4) 2? x 12? x 16 ft. #2 mixed softwood (heat treated) Qty ? 168 pieces. 5) 4? x 4? x 16 ft. #2 or better Fir (heat treated) Qty ? 208 pieces. 6) 4? x 6? x 16 ft #2 or better Fir (heat treated) Qty ? 136 pieces. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synposis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3C26143A100. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060512. North American Industrial Classification Standard 321113, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery: Bldg 5500, 2010 New Mexico Ave, Vandenberg AFB, Ca. 93437 .The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.
