Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.? Fort Cars on will be awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract for maintenance and service on Xerox Machine model # 8850DS.? The award is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811212 with a small business size standard of $23 Million.?Statement of Work: 1) The contractor is required to perform monthly service on the Xerox machine model # 8850DS and components. 2) The contractor will provide the toner and paper for the copy machine as p art of the service contract. 3) The Contractor will provide additional service on the copier within 24 hours when contacted by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) because of Machine Failure. 4) Submit invoice to the COR on a monthly basis. 5) The invoices will include date of service and paper usage noted in square feet . This solicitation will end on June 28, 2006, 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Proposals shall reference solicitation #W911RZ-06-Xerox and include pricing as follows: CLIN 0001 Xerox Maintenance (Price per square foot or equivalent, includes paper, toner, and servi ce). Period of performance will be 1 July 2006 through 30 June 2007.?Please include pricing for four additional option years. Contractor Manpower Reporting Requirement is required. Contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (including subcontractor man power) required for performance of this contract.?The contractor is required to completely fill in all the information in the format using the following web address Https://contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil.?For this solicitation, Fort Carson will be aw arding the contract based on lowest price.
