- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-06-Q-0056 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acq uisition Circular 2005-06, dated 08 June 05. NAICS is 325320; business size is 500 employees; acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Description of Items Requested: Item 0001, Arsenal Herbicide, Six (6) quantity, 15 gallon drums, dru ms must come with bungs and spigots, Item 0002, Oust Granular Herbicide, Ten (10) quantity, one pound containers, Item 0003, Rodeo Herbicide Liquid, Ten (10) quantity, 2.5 gallon containers, Item 0004, Tordon K Herbicide, one (1) quantity, 2.5 gallon conta iner, Item 0005, Remedy Herbicide Liquid, thirty-one (31) quantity, one gallon containers, Item 0006 Garlon 3E Herbicide Liquid, twenty (20) quantity, 2.5 gallon containers, Item 0007, 2-4-D Low Ester Herbicide Liquid, thirty (30) quantity, 2.5 gallon con tainers. Offers are due not later than 14 July 2006 at 1:00 P. M. CT. All responsible concerns may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. EVALUATION AND AWARD FACTORS: Each line item will be evaluated INDEPENDENTLY. Multiple awards ma y be made based on low price for each line item.
