Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 1 set, FW 300 Laser Transmissiometer for Dust Measurements, to include: 1 eac h, Sick Maihak, pn 7040371, Transmitter-Receiver unit FW310SE-NND-00 for measuring distance .5-2m with display drive; 1 each, pn 7040334, Reflector FW-R-055-F-00 fixed reflector for measuring distance .5-2m; 1 each, pn 7040362, Connection unit AK1-P-03WR-D -00 with integrated purge-air unit and display, cable length 3m, power supply 90-260V AC; 1 each, pn 7040396, Purge air hose D40-46, length 3 meters; 1 each, pn 2017847, Flange with tube, dia. 70.2mm, length 240mm, ST37; 1 each, pn 2018183, Mounting Kit an alyzer; 1 each, pn 2018184, Mounting kit reflector; 2 each, pn 7040340, Device adapter FW-V-030-P-000 purge air adapter with lamellas dia. 30, length 200mm; 1 each, pn 7040012, Interface cable, RS232; 1 set, Option, to include: 2 each, pn 7040131, Holder for zero point alignment; 1 each, pn 2702407, Weather proof cover for monitor; 1 each, pn 5306108, Weather proof cover for purge air unit; 1 each, Option, to include: 1 each, pn 7024584, Start Up Services per Day, Estimated 1 day of installation supervis ion and start up for one analyzer; 1 each, Option, to include: 1 each, pn 7024589, Training, a qualified Service Technician will perform one day of onsite training for the analyzers; 1 each, Estimated Expenses, to include Airfare, travel time, hotel, auto and meals per day. FOB Destination (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance and Price.
