Description

The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to the Washoe County, Nevada, Information Technology Department for acquisition of a public domain copy of the County's September/October 2004 0.5 and 1-foot natural color orthorectified image database in metric form. There is only one known source for this data. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Menlo Park, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in this announcement.
