Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for GeoScience World (GSW), a bibliographic citations database. This product is known to be available only from Cambridge Scientific Abstracts as the only creator/maker/provider of the product. The USGS is aware of no other source who can provide the above. Therefore, it intends to make an award to Cambridge Scientific Abstracts, unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same product. Any authorized distributor of this software is encouraged to respond by June 26, 2006 with an affirmative answer to the Contracting Officer vfloyd@usgs.gov.
