Description

1. SOLICITATION NUMBER: RFP 623-P-06-034 2. POSITION TITLE: Senior Health Sector Program Manager 3. ELIGIBILITY: U.S. Citizens and Resident Aliens, Kenyan Nationals (FSNs), Third Country Nationals(TCNs). 4. MARKET VALUE: 1. US PSC: GS 14 non-locality $77,793 to $101,130; 2. TCN or FSN PSC: FSN Grade 12 Ksh 3,216,075 to 5,296,887 (1 USD = Ksh 73.50) Salaries are not negotiable beyond these ranges. 5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Two years with the Possibility of three-one year extensions up to a total of five years. Exercising the options will depend on continuing need of services, availability of funds and satisfactory or better performance. US PSCs are subject to State Department NSDD Approval for the position. 6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Nairobi, Kenya with travel throughout Kenya when applicable. 7. JOB DESCRIPTION a.
