Description

This is a presolicitation notice for the purchase and installation of an Audio/Visual and Teleconference System in the Conference Room of the new Building 404 (modular building) to be located at the Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to accomplish this project. The Government is soliciting quotes for this requirement, and a written solicitation will be issued on or about July 5, 2006. The acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business with NAICS code 334310 and a size standard of 750 employees. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors may contact the POC for more information, or to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
