- Subject synopsis is hereby issued to make the following clarification to the synopses posted 3/14/2006, 6/6/2006 and 6/9/2006: Solicitation SPM100-05-R-0105, will be issued for the acquisition of a minimum quantity of 50,000; maximum quantity 150,000 Coat, CW, Field, Universal Camouflage Printed (ACU). There will be two 1-year term options available for the same minimum and maximum quantities. The solicitation will be an Unrestricted, negotiated RFP utilizing best value/source selection procedures. Offerors will be required to submit PDM, Past Performance documentation, Surge and Sustainment, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Entity Support (JWOD). All materials to be used in teh PDMs are to be those listed in specification FQ/PD 06-23 dated 1 May 2006, Pattern Date: PD_06-23A dated 30 May 2006.
