- This solicitation is for a requirements type corporate contract for the procurement of all sole source part-numbered items manufactured by 3M Company, CAGE Codes 76381, 75037 and 68352 for a two-year base period and four, two-year option periods. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. DSCR currently does not have a competitive data package for any of the NSNs included in this solicitation. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered. Any items found to be of a competitive nature will be removed from consideration on this award. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Additional sole source items may be added to the resulting contract. Solicitation issue date is July 12, 2006. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
