Description: This project is located on the Bass Lake Ranger District of the Sierra National Forest. It's purpose is to reduce brush, release and thin conifers, and prepare sites in stands by mechanically shredding/mulching/chiping live and dead brush, created and existing slash, small dead conifers, and live conifers on approximately 701 acres. Work shall be done in a manner that does not damage residual trees or vegetation not specified to be treated. The project location will be specified on the vicinity and project maps that will be issued with solicitation. Bidders are encouraged to visit the work sites on their own.
