Description

AG-435H-S-06-00009 Decommission Lake Blue Ridge Campground Preproposal Conference June 20, 2006 The following information is offered as clarification to questions asked: A. Well depth is 400' B. Well casing is 6 " Diameter C. Casing depth is unknown D. The drawings state that the contractor shall remove benches and re-shape to natural contours. Natural contours does not mean original contours. We are looking for the benches and sharp angles to be replaced with smooth, blended transitions. E. Existing trees should not need to be removed. Natural contours can be blended around tree bases. F. There are two area where boulders are required. These are available on site and can be taken from the site. The intent is to block ATV traffic. One site will require approximately 4 boulders. The other site will require approximately 8 boulders. Exact number of boulders required depends upon their size. G. The septic tanks and well reservoir may be demolished in place. See Spec. Section 02070 DEMOLITION, PART 2,Paragraphs B AND C.
