- This is a notice for possible subcontracting opportunities under the cited solicitation only. Do not respond to the Contracting Officer. The NRCS has issued a sole source solicitation under the Small Business Act, Section 8(a) to Carter's Contracting Services, Inc. for the rehabilitation of land at Fort Benning Military Base. Construction will include clearing and grubbing, pollution control, seeding and mulching, removal of water, construction surveys, erosion control blanket, excavation, concrete, steel reinforcement, corrugated metal pipe, rock riprap, contractor quality control, geotextile, graded aggregate base, surge stone, and articulating concrete blocks.
