- The U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, requires one long range thermal binocular. REQUIREMENTS: ??? Laser designator to laz to target. ??? Laser pointer options. ??? Auto focus, Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Digital Detailed Enhancement (DDE) ??? 3 fields of view ??? Global Positioning System (GPS); Digital Magnetic Compass; Eye safe Laser Rangefinder. ??? Battery life ??? a minimum of 4.5 hours continuous. ??? Video cables and adapter/charger. ??? Must meet military specs, Mil STD 810-F QUANTITY REQUIRED: ONE INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTERS ??? This will be awarded as a firm fixed-price purchase order. ??? If cost for shipping is applicable, please list cost separately. ??? Must show total ceiling price. FAR CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE: FAR 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998). This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
