- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award on a sole source basis, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold of $100,000) a firm-fixed price award to the Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006 for CMS employees to participate in a one year membership in the Customer Contact Council. This membership will provide CMS staff with additional resources to be able to communicate and network with other executives that are performing similar work. CMS staff will have access to a library of information and best practices, which will allow CMS to better utilize our existing technology and look toward new, more effective operations. The Customer Contact Council is a community of senior executives from leading global corporations that share a commitment to improving firm performance and the customer experience through contact center excellence. All responsible sources may submit capability statements in consideration to the Agency at the above address.
