Description

This is a synopsis of a requirement for commercial services. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number HSCG80-06-Q-3FAP67. The acquisition is for DOCKSIDE repairs to the USCGC RESOLUTE (WMEC-620), a 210 Foot B Class Medium Endurance cutter. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to (1) Renew hatch, (2) Renew main deck overflows and valves (3) Repair 01 and main deck windows and, (4) Inspect and repair structural members. Place of Performance is the cutters homeport of St. Petersburg, Fl. Performance period is thirty-four (34) calendar days with a start date on or about 28 August 2006. RFQ and specifications to be available electronically on or before 7 July 2006. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and technically acceptable.
