ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking services for the administration of the FAA's computer-based entry-level employment examination entitled "Air Traffic-Selection and Training" (AT-SAT) for en route and terminal air traffic controllers. The AT-SAT test battery is a computer based employment examination that job applicants must pass in order to obtain entry-level positions as terminal or en route air traffic controllers within the FAA. Only those vendors on the Interested Parties List (Attachment J-6) are eligible to submit proposals in response to the AT-SAT solicitation. See Section L.13 of the solicitation for more information on the Interested Parties List. FAA anticipates the period of performance of the resulting contract to be one base year with four one-year options. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on June 22, 2006. See Section L of the Solicitation for more information on submittal of proposals and on the deadline for submittal of questions. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published on this website (http://www.asu.faa.gov/faaco) under the current announcements for the FAA Headquarters. It is the Offerors' responsibility to monitor this website for updates to this procurement. If an amendment is issued and the Offeror does not acknowledge it, the Offeror may be considered nonresponsive to the solicitation. All amendments must be acknowledged. The FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this solicitation. Therefore any cost associated with responding to this announcement is solely at the offerors' expense.
