- The U. S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, Office of Procurement (DOT/FTA) intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery ? Indefinite Quantity Task Order, under contract DTFT60-04-D-00005 utilizing authority of 10. U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). The purpose of this action is to increase the original scope of the contract in order to support additional Program Management Oversight (PMO) services in the Lower Manhattan area of New York City and its surrounding regions. The period of performance remains the same. The anticipated award date is NLT August 31, 2006. The Government requests that interested offerors submit an electronic response of not more than two (2) one-sided pages outlining capabilities to successfully execute the requirements of this solicitation.
