Corp., Schenectady, NY a Small Disadvantaged Business for the continuation of econometrics services to support Network 2 Research initiatives to provide sustained support for (a) equitable and optional resource allocation, (b) ongoing mechanisms to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of care (d) testing new health services delivery interventions designed to imrove the quality and cost effectiveness of care, (e) and technical consultations that advances VA wide policy development. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to the contracting officer with 7 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
