- The Rocky Mountain Network, VISN 19 Contracting Officer, intends to negotiate with SuperDimension for the SuperDimension Bronchus System for use at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver facility. The SuperDimension is the only FDA approved electromagnetic navigation device for bronchoscopic biopsy of peripheral pulmonary lesions. Any company who feels they have an item equal to this must provide descriptive literature demonstrating that their system can provide the following functions: 1) must be electromagnetic, 2) must be FDA approved, 3) must extend the reach of bronchoscopic tools into all regions of the bronchial airways, 4) must facilitate the reduction of radiation-inducing fluoroscopy, 5) must reduce the need for invasive, high-risk alternative procedures. In order to be considered for evaluation, you must have your literature submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than close of business on July 3, 2006.
