- Description
- Renovate 2nd floor & mezzanine, Facility 20024C in Area B at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The scope of the project involves a comprehensive renovation of the 2nd floor & mezzanine offices (Approx. 18,600 SF) at the laboratory facility to include demolition, replacement of facility utilities (HVAC, electrical supply and distribution for power and lighting, fire suppression and detection, plumbing etc.), reconfiguration of interior partitions, replacement of interior finishes (wall, floor and ceiling), replacement of interior doors, frames and hardware. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the work as indicated in the documents. The period of performance for this project is 210 days. NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $31.0 Million. This is an 8A COMPETITVE procurement in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, the contractor must be registered in Contract Central Registration (CCR) prior to award of solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
