- The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking to establish a Basic Purchasing Agreement to expedite contracting for uncertain requirements for supplies in which specific items, quantities, and prices will not be known at the time this agreement will be executed, a substantial number of requirements for the supplies covered by the agreement are anticipated to be purchased from the contractor. This agreement will be established for the following Tactical Gear with BattleLab tactical systems DETLOC technology OR EQUAL: Tactical vests, rack systems, and accessories; Gun parts and accessories; Assorted tactical pouches, belts, and assemblies; Personnel protective and rescue equipment; Flashlights and accessories. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by providing a quote for these supplies no later than 29 Jun 06, 2 PM Eastern Time. Your offer must include the name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Contract; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov.
