- The 89th Contracting Squadron, 1419 Menoher Dr. Andrews AFB, MD 20762 will issue a request for proposal (RFP) for passenger terminal security to be performed at Andrews AFB, MD. This acquisition is competitively set aside for 100% small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. Small Business size is $9M. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a firm-fixed price contract with a performance period of 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with four one year option periods. The entire RFP (Number: FA4416-06-R-0013) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov tentatively on 30 June 2006. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the RFP and fax your quote in as required in the solicitation. Telephone and fax requests for the RFP will not be honored. Once the RFP is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for updates / amendments to any and all documents. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). All organizations responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), this can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov and registered with Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA), this can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.bpn.gov.
