- The U.S. Army has a requirement to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate Rooms D02 and D04 in building 4 located at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts. The renovation shall include but not be lim ited to,removal of ceiling and partitions, HVAC ductwork, piping and electrical services. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visits to be held on 12 and 19 July 2006. The site visit will commence at 9:00 AM. Period of performance is ninety days. This requirement is subject to t he Davis Bacon Act.
