- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.We have a requirement for two (2) digital recorders. The statement of work giving recorder specifications, quantities needed, and type is available at the ACA WSMR DOC current Solicitations and Sources Sought webpage at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 dated 19 May 2006. This requirement is Fu ll and Open. The applicable NAICS's code is 334515 standard size 500 employees. Proposals shall be FOB Destination, and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Payment will be made by VISA Credit Card. Company must be registered in the Central C ontractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/) before an award can be made. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offerer that meets all listed specifications and can deliver all listed quantities found at the above web site. Contractor wishing to submit a proposal must submit clear and convincing evidence that they meet all the capabilities and specifications. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5 (52.203-6, 52.219-4, 52.219-8, 52.219-9, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-37, 52.232-36).
