- This is a Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) Set-aside for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Installations and Environment (OASA-I&E). The aforementioned RFP is expected to be available on or about 7 July 2006. The object of this project is to utilize renewable energy (hydro) to support military garrison energy requirements and operations (disaster assistance missions) in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility.
