- TACOM Warren Bldg 231, Warren, Michigan 48397-5000. This is a procurement of product and technical services that the government intends to solicit, and negotiate sole source. TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with Virtual Corporation, Inc. of Budd Lake, NJ. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase product and services for the development and implementation of a Pha se II COOP. The negotiated contract will be a Time & Materials with Options for a 12 month performance period, with an estimated award value of $128,500.00 if all Options are exercised. See numbered note 22. Except that any proposals you wish to submit pe r note 22 must be received by the point of contact by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 7 July, 2006.
