Description: 17. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to issue a five-year, Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ commercial type contract with Honeywell Corporation, Engines and Systems Division, Phoenix, AZ, for the acquisition of various T-55 Engine, Air Ground P ower Unit (AGPU), APACHE, and BLACKHAWK spare parts designated as sole source. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Period of performance will be for 5 years. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Resp onsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
