Description

The Headquarters Joint Munitions Command, Rock Island is seeking sources for Small Arms Ammunition (50 caliber and below) demilitarization, Solicitation W52P1J-06-R-0164. This will be a technically acceptable, lowest price evaluation. Proposed demi l procedures are required to be environmentally acceptable; demonstrating resource recovery, reuse, and recycling (R3); to allow for licensed incineration; and to avoid open burning/open detonation. This solicitation will result in the award of a five-yea r, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Delivery of material from several depot sites will be funded by the Government.
