- Western Regional Contracting Office, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to make a firm fixed-price award to Osteomed, Addison, TX (a small business manufacturer) for their dental modular handpiece system and accessories. Contract value will not exceed $41,000.00. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
