Description

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approx. 10,600 rentable square feet of office space, 3,800 rentable square feet of warehouse space and 26,000 square feet of secured wareyard space, along with 78 parking spaces, in Palm Springs, California. Specifically, acceptable sites will be located in the following delineated area: Beginning at the intersection of Palm Canyon Road and Vista Chino proceeding East to the railroad tracks situated to the southwest and parallel to Interstate 10; the delineated area on the north shall only be areas located south of the railroad tracks and extending Southeast to Washington Street; proceeding South on Washington to Highway 111; along Highway 111 West and Northwest to Palm Canyon Road; and proceeding North to Vista Chino. No sites located in the natural wind zone created by the mountain range will be considered. The lease term will be 20 years firm. The space offered must meet Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard. The site must possess proper zoning to permit antenna installation on a 30' monopole.
