- Description
- The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan has a requirement for a Flow Management System (Queueing System) for it?s Pharmacy Department with options to outfit two (2) branch clinics. The system must be web-based and serve mutliple sites with one server. Specifications and drawings will be announced in the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the award. Solicitation N68470-06-T-1003 will be available on or about 26 June 2006 at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. FAR clause 52.211-6 (Brand Name or Equal) applies to all items listed in the solicitation. If quoting on items other than those listed, provide specifications and available literature for review by the requester. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 339950. The solicitation will be issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Quotes shall be received by 12 July 2006 at 07:30 am Japan Standard Time (JST) for consideration for award. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation in response to the solicitation which shall be considered. The purchase order issued will be firm fixed price, with an option for supplies and services to outfit two (2) branch clinics. This procurement will be pursued using FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition methods and procedures. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from the solicitation to the offeror whose quotation is low cost and technically acceptable. A copy of the RFQ will be made available at the NECO website at: http://www.neco.navy.mil and enter solicitation N68470-06-T-1003. Telephone requests will not be honored.
