- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a solicitation to Raytheon Systems Company (RSC) of Tucson, AZ, P.O. Box 11337 Tucson AZ 85734-1337, under contract N00024-04-C-5460 for procurement of FY 07 Phalanx Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) production requirements. RSC is the qualified producer of Phalanx CIWS and the only known source that possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise of the equipment required to satisfactorily meet the requirements.
