- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Wet Labs Western Environmental Tech Lab Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, a contract for 1 each ECO Triplet Custom Sensor-FL3, 1 each ECO Triplet Custom Sensor-BB3, 1 each C Star Transmissometer, 25 CM, 660 NM, CO-Polymer, 1 each Nine Wavelength Absorption/Attenuation Meter, 25, 2 each DH-4/AC-9+ to ECO Patch Cable, 1 each DH-4/AC-9+ to C-Star Patch Cable, DH-4/AC-9+ to AC Patch Cable, 1 each AC to Pump Patch Cable, 1 each DH4 to SBE49 Patch Cable, and 1 each 8 I/O Ports 6Serial, 2Analog. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment being unique requirements to Wet Labs Western Environmental Tech Lab Inc. See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above services shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database.
