- Snow and Ice Removal Services at multiple Federal Buildings at 9700 Page and 1655 Woodson Road and 111 Winnebago, St. Louis, MO. This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with no guaranteed minimum for the period of Base Year 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with (4) one year options. The acquisition is Set aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561790. The size standard for a small business concern Including it?s affiliates, is average annual sales and receipts for the proceeding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $ 6.5 million. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) Reference number GS-06P-06-GX-D-3063 will be issued on or about 7 July 2006. SOLICITATION AVAILABILITY.
