Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HQ0423-06-T-0010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). To obtain a copy of the RFQ to include the Statement of Work, contact the contract specialist, Cathy Beckstedt at (614) 693-0113 or by email at Cathy.Beckstedt@dfas.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This requirement is for a small business total set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 611710, Educational consultants, and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. The requirement is for four (4) certified facilitators for Myer?s-Briggs Type Instrument training located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Cleveland, OH. The training shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. This is a total performance contract in that all contract requirements must be maintained at all times. The training is scheduled for August 1, 2006 with inspection and acceptance at destination and F.O.B. destination. The following provisions apply to include any addenda - 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers ? Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (offerors are to complete when returning their offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DOC9.
