- The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Pixelmetrix US of Ft Lauderdale FL, to purchase expansion of the existing Pixelmetrix system consisting of 180 Mbps transport stream processor module with ASI-SMPTE 310/SPI and BNC interface, including 1 each SDI quality card, 3-year extended warranty and on-site two day training. The work is to be accomplished at the Defense Media Center, 23755 Z Street, Riverside CA. Installation and Training is to be completed by 11 AUG 2006. The Request for Proposal documents incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-9 dated 19 APR 2006. This acquisition is Unrestricted, because there are no known small businesses. The NAICS for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications).
