Description

Solicitation Notice for FA6606-06-B-0002 ? Project YTPM 06-5006 Maintain Pavement Markings, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022-1536. Project consists of removing aircraft rubber tire markings and paint runway markings, taxiway markings, aprons/ramps/pads markings to include painting of Blackout to both sides of taxi line and hold lines in accordance with ETL 94-01. Provide new markings on roadway pavement and parking lot pavement over the existing or as directed by the Contracting Officer. Markings include Fire Lanes, layout and paint directional arrows, existing handicap parking signs. This project is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $13,000,000.00 and the NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this solicitation is 238320. Bid issue will be on 11 July 2006 with the bid opening date on 16 August 2006. Performance period will be sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of this project is $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation including the bid package and wage rates will be psted at this site (FedBizOpps.gov) and the technical data (drawings and specifications) will be posted at (FedTeds.gov). There will be no other form of distribution for this solicitation other than downloading the information from these sites.
