Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academys (USMA) notice of intent to extend the period of performance of current outside pest management contract W911SD-06-P-0215 from July 16, 2006 to September 30, 2006. The contractor is Alleym or, Inc. of Kingston, New York. This requirement was originally competed as unrestricted on solicitation W911SD-06-T-0129. Alleymor was the only company that submitted a quote. The modification amount is expected to be approximately $75,000. The statut ory authority for other than full and open competition for this modification is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) (only one responsible source). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabi lities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to karen.finley@usma.edu. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 15 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no additional solicitation for pr oviding pest management during this time period made available. However, USMA intends to release a solicitation for both inside and outside pest management to cover a period of five years after this contract expires.
