Description

DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-06-T-5002, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 120th Fighter Squadron Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, 140 S. Aspen Street, Bldg 706, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is to purchase the Upgrade Kit FOR Night Vision test. Kit that will need upgrade is the Aviation Specialties Unlimited ANV-126. the kit is the ANV-126A or item that is comparable and comapatible to said unit. Quantity is 2 each. The closing date for submission of bids is 15 July 2006 by 2:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of Price, Delivery Time and Past Performance. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code and be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract. Awardees will invoice under the Department of Defense online invoicing system, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and will receive instructions on how to do so once contract is awarded.
