Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following  Offerors must state with their offer how soon delivery will be made after award. Item 0001, 25 each, CP-PWR-CUBE-3 Cisco IP Phone Power Transformer for 7900. Item 0002, 25 each, CP-7971G-GE Cisco IP Phone 7971G  GE Color Screen no License no Power Cube. Item 0003, 25 each, CP-PWR-CORD-NA 7900 Series Power Cord, North America. Item 0004, 25 each, SW-CCM-UL-7971G 7971 IP Phone License. Item 0005, 50 each CP-7960G Cisco Global International ICON Spare Item 0006, 50 each, SW-CCM-UL-7960 IP Phone License. Immediate Delivery Is Requested. Pricing should be FOB destination to Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-06-Q-6508. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.2 12-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
