This is an acquisition for the REPAIR AND UPGRADE of the following: NOUN: POWER QUADRANTS CPG, QTY: TWO (2), INPUT AND OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-169-5255, INPUT P/N 7-211660011-3, OUTPUT P/N 7-511660011-3, S/Ns: 0944 and 0905 and NOUN: QUADRANT ASSEMBLIES, QTY: SIX (6), INPUT NSN 1680-01-160-8008 OUTPUT NSN 2995-01-425-5348, INPUT P/N 7-311660010-5 OUTPUT P/N 7-511660010-1, S/Ns 1402, 1756, 1805, 1362, 1456 and 1462. This requirement is restricted to the following sources: Adams Rite Aerospace, Inc. 4141 N. Palm St. Fullerton, CA 92835-1025 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Inc. (Boeing Co.) 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation . However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date above. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
