Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for a test facility for the AN/TPS-75 equipment to be located on the dock area of Bldg 4, Bay 4, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: dock de molition to include existing wood frame, plywood substrate, aluminum soffit, standing seam roof cladding and built-up roofing; furnish and install concrete masonry units and concrete pad to form new enclosure; reconstruct sloped canopy framing and frame in terior for ceiling; install one-ton overhead crane; construct enclosure including heating and air conditioning; relocate existing fluorescent lighting fixtures; provide 125KVA frequency converter; related electrical, fire/heat alarm system, painting, floor finishing, and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS is 23610 (Industrial Building Construction), average annual receipts $31.0 Million. Solicitation W25G1V-06-B-0002 applies. This solicitation, including sp ecifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
