Description

The United States Geological Survey, Reston, Virginia intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Elsevier Inc., 360 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10010-1710 for a major bibliographic citations database, Scopus. The database is essential to locating relevant earth science literature for research projects. Elsevier Inc, is the only known source for this data. This action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to Paulette Hundley at (703) 648-7396 or by email at phundley@usgs.gov.
