- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following items: A quantity of one (1), Passive Link Tap (PLT II - 90 PIN), Part No. 22-32050-2, a quantity of one (1) JBox Assembly, 90 x 90 x 90 PLT, Part No. 22-32121, a quantity of two (2) Cable Assembly, PLT (JBox to CPU 90 x 90), Part No. 22-21003, a quantity of one (1) Assembly, 2 RU Sunfire V240 w/2 x 1 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, XVR-100 Video, DVD 4 x 73 GB HD, 901D 32 inch DS, Part No. 170-32107. SAIC is the single source manufacturer of the required items. Decision for award will be price on an all or none basis. The specific make and models are required for continuing operability. All responsible resources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. These items will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 27 June 2006 at 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Anticipated award date is 03 July 2006. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at DLGR_NSWC_XDS12, but the quote may also be faxed at (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS121, Bldg. 183, Room 104, 17320 Dahlgren Rd., Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
